Get your own tots!

Well, we had an excellent Sunday dinner. It included one of the most classic mainstream foods, and being from Idaho, we salute... the tot. You know, tots. Ore Ida Seasoned Tator Tots are gluten free, and they are absolutely delicious if you bake them for 30 minutes, rather than the recommended time on the package. That way, they can get crispy. Throw them from freezer to oven when you start your meal prep, and when the timer dings, the tots are ready!

Oh, and a salute to tots wouldn't be complete without a message from our own Idaho boy: Napolean Dynomite.
