Last night we went out to the Red Iguana. This place is always packed, in fact we stood outside under the heaters for about 20 minutes before getting a table. It's cozy, full of people, and there were even some cute mariachis who would play a request for you.
My favorite - the Friday special - was mango enchiladas. These were incredible, and gluten free. They specifically state on their menu to let them know about allergy concerns, and unless it says "flour tortillas" on the menu for the item, you're pretty safe. Even the mole - a wonderful family recipe.
