Pei Wei has yet again outdone themselves. On the gluten free menu are the Vietnamese Chicken Salad Rolls.
I had never tried something like this before, and they came served with a delicious spicy peanut sauce for dipping. Everything about them was so fresh, and gluten free. I was one happy camper last night at dinner.
This was the only thing I ordered...they were full of chicken, and very tasty. (But, I looked, they have impressive nutrition facts!)
Now, please pass the entire bowl of peanut sauce... :)
