It is best to let it cool, slice it, and then freeze in a zipper bag. Then, when it's time to eat, we pull out the slices we want and pop them in the gluten free toaster. I like to toast them twice (once to thaw, once to toast until crispy), and then eat with butter, prepare as part of a sandwich, or cover with cheese and something like sloppy joe meat. The options are endless!
The best, non-offensive bread. We sure love it. In fact, yesterday I went to three stores to find another box, and came home empty-handed.
