I've added some new tags in order to organize the ever-growing knowledge of food and recipes.
The new tags include:
rice free: rice is very high on the glycemic index, making it cause craziness on blood sugars in those with Type 1 diabetes. A larger percentage of those with Type 1 diabetes have celiac or gluten intolerance, compared with the statistics for gluten intolerance in the whole population. We're trying to steer a little more away from rice, if possible, to make one more thing in life a little simpler. You can read more about Type 1 diabetes, if you would like.
dairy free: does not contain milk, butter, yogurt, cheese or other dairy products for those with dairy sensitive stomachs.
vegetarian: you know the drill, no meat, but can include eggs and cheese.
