Review: Lundberg Risotto

Tonight we had some creamy, warm goodness. We used to be couscous fans. You buy the box, follow the easy directions, and it tastes like steamy hot parmesan cheese. (What could be better than that?)

I picked up some Lundberg Garlic Primavera Risotto, which we had with sauted chicken breasts tonight. (We also had a quesadilla, but that's beside the point.) Since we had never bought a packaged risotto before, it was a fun treat. I added some thinly sliced bell pepper to it about halfway through cooking, and it made for a hot and delicious dinner.

It even says gluten free on the box. And it came with rave reviews from my taste tester. :)
